Who we hire

We don’t just hire people to sit on one bench and repeat the same job. At JM Joinery, every joiner we take on is trained to work across the full range of what we do — cutting, assembly, finishing, spray, site fitting — so you become properly rounded.

The only things we don’t expect you to cover are office admin and CNC programming (we’ve got dedicated people for that). Everything else, you’ll get your hands on.

Roles we bring in:

• Bench Joiners (trainee through to experienced)

• Improvers who want to expand their skills across multiple areas

• Site Fitters with good practical knowledge

• Sprayers / Finishers

We don’t care if you’ve only done one part before — if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll train you to cover the rest.
