Panels cut to size from your cutting list or drawings
Straight, clean and accurate cuts for a proper fit
Batch cutting for repeat jobs and regular trade work
Simple drilling / cut-outs where needed (e.g. sockets, sinks, vents – by arrangement)
Optional basic edge prep on request (scribe cuts, oversize for scribing, etc.)
You give us the sizes – we give you a stack of parts that are ready to go.

MDF and moisture-resistant MDF
Plywood – birch, hardwood and softwood
Chipboard and MFC (melamine-faced chipboard)
OSB and basic construction boards
Solid timber panels (within size limits)
If you’re not sure about a material, ask before you order and we’ll confirm if it’s suitable.
